The Supreme Court needs more of them, according to the Times. Seems like the whole article is about how it's a statistical blip though, and not really anything to worry about.
Unrelated: I went to the Yankees game this afternoon (the make-up for yesterday's rainout), got bleacher seats, the weather held out, it was pretty fun. I've been to a handful of Mets games, but this is the first Yankees game I've been to since last summer sometime. I guess it's bad to say this, because of the history involved with Yankee Stadium, but I'm glad the Yankees are getting a new one. Yankee Stadium isn't that awesome. Kinda dirty, food's not very good. Easy subway access though. Takes me less time to get there from Park Slope in Brooklyn than it takes to get to a Mets game, which doesn't make good sense given the geography, but the 4 train is pretty quick through Manhattan and into the Bronx.
