My television hasn't been working for about a week. The cable box wasn't getting a signal. So Time Warner sent someone today, and he went to the roof to check on the wires, and he comes back down and tells me, "Looks like someone in your building had cable installed last week, and whichever technician hooked him up yanked out your wire to make room. So I put a splitter in there and plugged you back in." Well, okay, thanks... but I'm a little confused about the technician who decided to disconnect us. Oh well. It's just cable.
maybe you should have tipped your cable man.

I've never been able to understand a word my NYC TWC cableman says. I have yet to find one who speaks English. . . let alone one to actually show up.
