I have a 3L friend whose laptop has died, a few days before finals, and he lost his class notes. So he's desperate for an outline or notes for his Legal Professions class, taught by Dan Coquillette. The prof teaches at Harvard and at BU. I told him I'd post, on the off chance someone who reads this has got something they're willing to share. I will forward along to him whatever I get, including any e-mails from Prof. Coquillette telling me that, really, people should be a little more discreet than asking for outlines on their friends' weblogs.
If his classmates are not willing to lend him notes or an outline that is a pretty sad statement about Harvard. Especially given the fact that his laptop died and he is a 3L.

For my Leg Prof Class, just studying the code would have been more than enough to ace the exam, although knowing a few cases was necessary.
I have some Leg Prof notes,
I'll email them to you.
I also agree that it would be better if the friend gets his notes from his classmates so as to know exactly what his professor thinks is important and what is likely to be on the exam.

Not the code, the Model Rules.

Yeah, but this dude is a total tool. None of his classmates are going to give him notes.

Oh really? And just how would you know this, Kelly? Are you some sort of super-duper-predict-the-future genius type? What about interclass generosity? I guess you conveniently skipped THAT lecture, huh? Right? Huh???
Eh. You Kellies are all alike.

There's a 2000 outline for that prof on HL Central, though I assume he's already seen that.

I agree with Kelly. If I had notes for this class, I would sooner light them on fire than give them to this joker. Actually, strike that - I would light *this joker* on fire before I'd give him my notes. No sense in burning good notes.

Thank you, Theresa. Now may I borrow YOUR notes on being a super-hot, no-holds-barred beyotch?

Dude, your comment was really rude to another commenter. It's actually the first comment I've deleted. I'm not terribly interested in opening up a forum for people to be jerks.
