If you haven't been paying attention to the news for the past 24 hours or so, apparently OJ Simpson is coming out with a book called "If I Did It," and there'll be an accompanying Fox News interview, "OJ Simpson: If I Did It, Here's How It Happened." Variety article here, and AP story about reaction from the publishing industry here. This sounds like a joke, and it seems pretty extraordinary that it's not.
Other new books hitting the bookshelves this winter:
Michael Jackson: "If I Touched Them, Here's What It Felt Like."
Mark Foley: "If I Had Sex With Underage Pages, Here Are Pictures."
and the book the Bush administration has been hoping for, Saddam Hussein's "If I Had Weapons Of Mass Destruction, Here's Where They're Hidden."
